Love my Abmats. I bought both the original and the mini. The mini Abmat is great to tuck in my suitcase for travel. It has been a game changer.
I am new to AbMat, having first used it (and seen one!) at my gym with my trainer’s instruction. I’m impressed at how it improves form and results with sit-ups. I also love it for lumbar stretch and therapy, which is why I bought one to have at home (and occasional sit-ups😜)! I do think it should come with instructions for exercises especially emphasizing correct form to prevent injury (for most people who don’t have the luxury of a trainer). Very reasonable price as well.
This is the 3rd Abmat I’ve bought for my gym. I like it however I prefer the Abmat I bought 4 or 5 years ago that was more pliable. This most recent one is similar to the original
I like it, I'm using the higher part under my back for now . so, it works for me.
I use that Ab mat to support my back when doing sit-ups on a declined bench, and it works great. I feel it's a good size and shape to match my lower back arch. It's nicely made. I do need to use some tape to hold it in place on the declined bench.
Abmat is a reliable piece of equipment necessary for any gym - at home or in a big facility. I won't do sit-ups without it!

It works perfectly to strengthen my core.
The quality is great. It's the perfect thickness and is working great for my PT instructed sit ups. It also feels great to lay on just to stretch my back.

I bought this mat to keep my tailbone from being rubbed raw doing sit-ups on our rug! It has helped me tremendously- I have even recruited family members to use it:)
I had waited to purchase the Abmat. Now that I have I feel like I should have bought it years ago. I love the fact that I do not feel my hips doing work when my abdominals fatigue. I love the fact that my lower back is supported. Thank you.
