The new foam is much more stiff than the old models, perfect for what it’s supposed to do. Can’t ask for a better design!

Even though I heard about this product from Ben Patrick aka KOTG, I was still a little skeptical that it would be a worthwhile purchase; however, it has already proven to be worth every penny and then some for a variety of movements including the dreaded couch stretch!

I bought the latest Abmat at my son’s recommendation. I probably should have bought the Abmat for smaller frames with a lower rise to the curvature. Or, perhaps I haven’t used it long enough. Sit ups are quite difficult with this one. Otherwise, I do like it.
This product is great. I now have a collection of multiple Abmat items. The variety allows diversity in selecting different sized & different levels of textured rigidity of usage. Some are softer & some are harder & they contour to the body's pressure as the resistance varies within the motions required. Excellent tools in helping the body stay in the proper alignment within the range of motion of particular exercises!

The mat supports your back while allowing for a "deeper" sit up that engages more muscles more extensively. Plus it is light and soft and can be used on any available floor. I'm very happy with the product!

the abmat keep my abs engaged all the way to the top of the motion with minimal hip involvement. I thought I had pretty strong abs in that I can do long isometric holds but the abmat makes short work of my effort, so that makes me look forward to much progress in the future. Thanks
I've always struggled with targeting my abs during crunches or leg raises, but the AbMat solved this problem for me. I can feel my abs working like never before and get a lot more out of my ab exercises

Honestly, it does nothing for my sit ups. It is far too large to fit in the space of my back where it is supposed to go. I searched around to make sure that I was using it correctly, but it seems it just isn't for me. However, it does an AMAZING job of cracking my back when needed.
I’ve had minor lower back pain since high school and doing any ab workout brings that pain back to a small degree. With the Abmat, I can workout my abs and my lower back feels fine/almost no pain whatsoever. It’s a blessing.
I am a trainer. I purchased this bc. I have a few clients with chronic back pain. It works like a charm! I can have them bench and do sit ups pain free. They will progress much better using the ab mat. Other gym members see it and they ask about it. I let them give it a try — I’m sure you will be getting more orders!

This is the best product out there. I haven't tried all the others, but the ones I have tried don't compare to the comfort or quality of Abmat.
This was worth every penny. If i can offer a word of advice, don't waste your time, money and energy on a cheap knock-off. Get the real deal. Your tailbone will thank you.
