Love it, made well and can fit lots of different equipment.
Works great. I have an adjustable bench that I’ve had for 20 years and I love it but it’s slicker than a slip in slide on a summer day. This fixed that. Shoulders dig in and don’t move. 5 stars. P.S. don’t adjust your glasses those are 120s for 10s on the incline and 20s on the flat all day long 💪🏻

Used it to hold a bump out on Roman chair. Worked perfectly.

I love it. Once I lock in under the weight, no matter how much leg drive I use. My back no longer slips on the bench.
It fits my Iron Master Super Bench PRO V2 perfectly and plants me in one spot when benching!
The Bench Grip Cover™ does not provide enough coverage. For the price this item should be twice the length. Ten inches in length is not enough coverage. That said, the quality and grip of this product is very good. Unfortunately, we will need to order a second cover to fulfill our needs.
Awesome fix for benches that are lack luster in grip. I use this on my Prime Fitness Shorty adjustable bench. I was able to stick to the bench much better on incline pressing. I wish the entire bench could be made of this material.

This product is fantastic. It keeps me firmly on the bench, preventing me from sliding off. It’s a high quality, compact item that easily folds into my gym bag. I highly recommend it.

This is the absolute best mat for bench press. Wide Velcro straps keep the mat from sliding around. I’ve tried others and this is by far the best.

Great product, but I wish the straps to secure it were longer. Rogue's 12.5" Competition Fat Pad is almost too large to have this wrap around it. There's maybe... ½" velcro holding this thing on (which speaks to how strong the velcro is), but it still really sucks that the straps aren't either longer, or that there isn't an extension strap to make attaching it easier. As far as the stickiness itself though? 5/5

This is the perfect solution to slippery benches, a problem I’ve had for years. I’ve needed this product for years. I can finally use leg drive during bench press without slipping on the bench. Thank you 🙏
You don't slip works great going order another one soon
The only drawback is that it does not fit on a Thompson Fat Pad bench but with a little self-ingenuity it still works very well.
It works great we don't slip on the bench. Bought 2 so far going ordered more for our other bench and some other products
