I use the barbell pad primarily for back squats as I have shoulder mobility issues with a bare barbell. This gives just enough height off the bar to allow my shoulders to get into a more comfortable position. I've tried other pads that work just as well, but this one is much better quality and I like that it stays put without the use of velcro or straps of any kind. Easy on/easy off and the quality is apparent. I also like that the material used is somewhat firm and very easy to wipe down. Should last a very long time. Money well spent for my home gym in my opinion.
Your shoulder pad was recommended to me by a good friend of mine named Kenny Perrin, who did powerlifting years ago. The quality of it is great & very comfortable. When on your shoulders it does not move at all while you are moving. Thanks for a great product!
I luv it I use it for squats when it feels great the way it rest on my shoulders, and I use it for the bench press when I’m benching real heavy I like how it bounces off my chest instead of the bar hitting.
I had a cheap pad that required two straps. The straps kept the pad on but it didn’t prevent the pad from opening up and exposing the bar when under pressure. It also made it a PITA when installing or removing.
This sweet pad slips on and off easily and quickly but stays put when it must.
This pad is a must, pun intended.

Great barbell pad. Just the right firmness fir goth squats and bench press. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a well fitting, comfortable barbell pad.
So many of these that I have used in the past don't fit right, are not comfy or just in general poor quality. Truly not the case here. Another great quality item love this company!
The bar pad made an instant difference for my hip thrusts. It replaced a folded up towel that had to be adjusted and held in place for each set. The pad snaps onto the bar, stays in place, and has a nice, dense foam that was very comfortable even with 250+ lbs. Plenty wide for a larger lifter.
I had been searching for a pad to use for squaring and hip thrusters. This answered the mail. Stays in place, firm enough to protect my hip bones. My “blessing” loves it too Thank you!!!
The wife loves it for squats. I use it for Bulgarian split squats to rest my shins on a bar mounted lower down. I like the rubber skin that covers the foam. Makes it A Step Above the Rest!
